Yes. Upload a CSV or Excel export from any bank and Simpler Ledger maps the columns automatically — including split debit/credit formats. Direct bank connections that sync transactions for review are rolling out as well.

Is my financial data secure?+

Every amount, description, and account credential is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM field-level encryption, on top of encrypted connections and per-entity access controls. Every change to your books is recorded in an audit log.

Can my accountant or business partner access my books?+

Yes — invite team members by email with owner, admin, editor, or viewer roles. Each entity supports 3 team members, or unlimited on the Pro plan, and your subscription covers the people you invite.
